Beneficial owner

This section includes the publication of:

▪ the Appendix "Detection of beneficial ownership under art. 22 par. 2 lett. d) Reg. (EU) 2021/241 and reporting to the FIU of suspicious transactions by the Public Administration under art. 10, Legislative Decree 231/2007" adopted by the General Inspectorate for NRRP at the Ministry of Economy and Finance with Circular No. 27 of September 15, 2023;
▪ the Note No. 30582 of June 12, 2024, in which the Department of Civil Protection provided the implementing Administrations with the necessary indications for the correct compilation and subsequent uploading into the ReGiS system of the templates attached to the Appendix;
▪ the template "Communication of Beneficial Ownership Data for Public Entities " and the template "Communication of Beneficial Ownership Data for Private Entities."
