Operational instructions for monitoring the achievement of milestones and targets

The document “Operational instructions for monitoring the achievement of milestones and targets,” was approved by Decree of the Head of the Civil Protection Department on October 10, 2025, in order to provide guidance to internal offices, implementing administrations, and implementing entities on the verification, within their respective areas of competence, of the effective achievement of milestones and targets of the measure, together with the Explanatory Note of February 5, 2026, which transmitted to the Implementing Administrations a new version of the “CL M2C4-13 Quality Review” and a template for issuing a declaration of absence of conflicts of interest by the entities of the Implementing Administration performing reporting and control functions.
